Covered it in resin

wow your tongue has been a lot of places! The artwork is as engaging as always...nice to see your still cranking.
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT! What did you use to carve the foam with? And what kind of resin is that? Can you get that at a hardware store? I think those materials would work well with an art piece I've been wanting to do but know very little about this kind of stuff. I would appreciate it!

ReplyDeletei second Wayside's curiousity about the materials; is there somewhere online that you discuss them? trade secret? (i make lifesize-ish skulls from foam and papier mache for Dia de los Muertos each year. the resin and stuff looks like something that would work well.)
